The Experience is WCAG compliant and accessible to all with built in accommodations for a wide range of disabilities. Likewise, attendees can engage with the platform through their desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
All workshops, events and interviews are live captioned (by an actual person) and ASL-interpreted to ensure full accessibility for those with hearing disabilities.
From registration to virtual booths to live content, the Abilities Virtual Experience platform is screen reader friendly for our attendees who are blind or have low vision.
For the many attendees with upper limb dexterity issues that have difficulty operating a mouse, the platform is easily navigated with keyboard shortcuts.

The Virtual Experience is accessible March 26-27, 24 hours a day on Friday at 7:00 am Pacific time. The live host, workshops and adaptive activities will be open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific Time.
