ADULT CHANGING AREA
Provided compliments of Abilities Expo
If the person you are caring for is too large for the infant changing tables, please take advantage of the adult changing area near the restrooms. This space is draped-off for privacy and contains a padded table for easy on/off access, wipes for cleaning the person, disinfectant and paper towels to wipe down the table before after use, and a trash bin for soiled material.

FRAGRANCE FREE ENVIRONMENT

The chemicals used in many products may make some people allergic and even ill. In order to make Abilities Expo a safe environment for all, we advise our attendees not to knowingly use any scented products that may affect other attendees. We thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for all.

COMPLIMENTARY LOANER SCOOTERS
Provided compliments of Pride Mobility
Pride Mobility is sponsoring complimentary loaner scooters on a first-come; first-served basis to any attendee 18 years or older for use on the Expo floor. A government-issued photo ID is required to participate in this offer. This service is available during show days and hours until 2:00 pm on Sunday, the final day of the event.

FREE WHEELCHAIR REPAIR
Provided compliments of Sunrise Medical
Free maintenance will be provided on a first come, first served basis by Sunrise Medical. This service will end one hour before the show ends each day.

CART SERVICES FOR WORKSHOPS
Provided compliments of Abilities Expo
CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) services will be available at all of the workshops. This service will caption everything said by the presenters and display the text on a large screen, especially to benefit the attendees who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.

FIRST AID
The First Aid Office is located on site and will be open during show hours.

FOOD SERVICE
The food service and seating area is at the back of the exhibit hall and will be open until one hour before closing on show days.

INFORMATION/ LOST AND FOUND
Accessibility Help Desk
For your convenience, our Accessibility Help Desk, located in the Lobby in front of the Exhibit Hall, is where any show-related questions may be answered. Any lost items turned in to Show Management will be held here until the close of the show. All remaining items will be given to Building Security.

LARGE PRINT ACCOMMODATIONS
Large print versions of the exhibitor list and the events/workshops schedule will be available by request at the registration counters.

PERSONAL CARE SERVICE ATTENDANT
Accessibility Help Desk, Provided compliments of Abilities Expo
For your convenience, there will be a Personal Care Service Attendant to assist guests during show hours with their personal needs (rest room assistance, filling out forms, etc.) for up to 30 minutes per attendee. Should you require assistance for show-related activities, please stop by the Accessibility Help Desk. This is a complimentary service and is offered on a first come, first served basis during show days and hours.

PURCHASES
Please obtain a receipt for any purchases made on the premises of Abilities Expo. These should be shown to the guard as you depart the Exhibit Hall. If you do not have a receipt, you will be asked to return to the booth where the item was purchased to get one.

SENSORY CALMING ROOM

Provided compliments of Undivided and Abundance Therapies Foundation This unique space is dedicated to providing a safe and tranquil environment where kids can find peace and regain focus amidst the heightened sensory input of the event. Come relax on the bean bags, have a swing or just listen to the quiet music.

SERVICE DOG RELIEF AREA
Outside of the Exhibit Hall on the Plaza, Provided compliments of Abilities Expo
For your convenience and comfort of your animal, there will be a Service Dog Relief Area located onsite. Water, a water bowl, plastic bags and a trash bin are also provided for your convenience and there’s even a red fire hydrant!! We appreciate you picking up after your animal.

AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION SERVICES
Accessibility Help Desk, Provided compliments of Abilities Expo
There will be American Sign Language interpretation services available to assist anyone requiring sign language translation at the Accessibility Help Desk in the Lobby in front of the Exhibit Hall. This is a complimentary service and is offered on a first come, first served basis for up to 40 minutes during show days and hours.

Beware of soliciting travel agencies! In past years we have been alerted of several travel agencies aggressively soliciting event attendees. It is important to note that the information these agencies provide is often untrue, many times involving non-existent room blocks, non-refundable deposits and false rates.
