I-17 South to SR-101 Loop – Eastbound into Scottsdale. Take the Pima/Princess exit. Make a left at Bell Road (second light) Continue east on Bell Road. Turn right on 94 Street. Travel south to the WestWorld entrance.

I-10 to to Mesa, take exit 161 to AZ 202 East. Take exit 50 onto AZ 101North, stay to the left and take Exit 38. Continue straight, turn right on WestWorld Road and follow it to the WestWorld entrance at the horse sculpture.

US-60 (Superstition Freeway) West to SR-101 Loop, SR-101 North to Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. exit. Exit at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.. Move to far right lane. Continue straight, crossing the Frank Lloyd Wright intersection; move to right lane. The entrance is ½ block from interssection. Turn right at large horse statue.

I-10 East to SR-101 North (near Tolleson). Remain on SR 101 into Scottsdale. Take the Pima/Princess exit. Make a left at Bell Road (second light) Continue east on Bell Road. Turn right on 94 Street. Travel south to the WestWorld entrance. Follow signs to RV Check-In.


Parking is $10 per day.

Please note that WestWorld has 3 entrances. The Main entrance is located just north of Frank Lloyd Wright on the north bound access road of SR-101. The north entrance is at 94th Street and Bell Road. The McDowell Mountain Ranch entrance is only open during show season and special events. Call in advance if you have any questions.


Free accessible, round-trip transportation from Ability360 (5025 E. Washington Street; Phoenix, AZ 85034) to Abilities Expo at WestWorld of Scottsdale will be provided to expo goers, compliments of AZ Spinal Cord Injury Association. It is about a 20-25 ride there, so please plan accordingly. Please meet at the main building, not the fitness center. There are rest rooms in Ability360 if you need to use them prior to loading onto the vans.

Sign ups for this service are not yet open for 2025.

Free, accessible shuttles will convey interested attendees back and forth from the WestWorld of Scottdale parking lot to the expo entrance, compliments of East Valley Rides.

Interest in renting a wheelchair van to come to the expo? United Access, part of the BraunAbility family, has a variety of options for you to choose from.

To ensure that your hotel accommodations are booked under the official negotiated hotel and room rates for Abilities Expo, please only book through Connections Housing. Beware of soliciting travel agencies! In past years we have been alerted of several travel agencies aggressively soliciting event attendees. It is important to note that the information these agencies provide is often untrue, many times involving non-existent room blocks, non-refundable deposits and false rates.

When you register yourself, just indicate how many adults in your household will be joining you as your guests. Adults only, do not include any guest under 18 years old in that count. If you are accompanied by adults who do not reside with you, they should register separately.

If you have pre-registered, proceed to the registration desk for check-in. If you have the text message you received the morning of the expo or your confirmation email, you will receive a wristband. If you have not pre-registered, there will be a QR code to scan so you can register online. If you do not have a smartphone, please proceed to the registration counter and we will accommodate you.

Pride Mobility is sponsoring complimentary loaner scooters on a first-come, first-served basis near Registration. A government-issued photo ID is required to participate in this offer. This service is available during show days and hours until 2:00 pm on Sunday, the final day of the event.

Yes, American Sign Language interpretation services is a complimentary service and is offered on a first come, first served basis for up to 40 minutes during show days and hours.

Yes, Sunrise Medical is the official Free Wheelchair Repair Pavilion sponsor of Abilities Expo and located in booth #710. However, other companies will also repair their own products in their booths.

Yes, please, as long as the animal is under your control (leashed) at all times. There is a service dog relief area onsite.

Because the chemicals used in many products may make some people allergic and even ill, we strongly advise our attendees not to use any scented products that may prohibit other attendees from enjoying the expo.

The facility has increased accessible parking spaces at the expo. Parking at Westworld of Scottsdale is $10/entry and subject to change. Click here for parking and drop-off directions.
