Aashima Ratti is a luxury travel advisor serving clients around the globe. Prior to becoming a full time travel advisor, Aashima was a seasoned travel executive and technology leader, including serving as the President and COO of Context Travel. Aashima’s business expertise lies at the intersection of technology and operations, and she has built and scaled teams across organizations ranging from Series A startups to Fortune 10 companies.
Aashima has lived with invisible chronic and autoimmune issues since childhood, and traveled extensively while managing those conditions, spending years living abroad and visiting 65 countries before the age of 35, primarily traveling solo. After a physical deterioration left her requiring the use of a mobility aid within months of becoming a new mom, Aashima decided to pivot professionally, leaving her corporate job to become a full time travel advisor. Aashima uses her travel industry knowledge and lived disability experiences to fuel her business focus on an often-overlooked market—expanding access to and awareness of accessible travel. Aashima works as a business consultant for the Fora team, working to position accessibility as an economically viable and essential segment within the luxury travel space.
