For almost 30 years Kristy has traveled with her husband Jerry, who had Multiple Sclerosis. We traveled with a power chair, a manual chair and a transfer board. Because of all the mis information and lack of information, they had disappointing and frustrating vacations. Kristy said, ‘somebody should do something about this!’ She decided it would be her. She quit her job of 25 years and started Wheelchair Escapes. That was 24 years ago.
