Reena De Asis is a passionate advocate for social impact with over 15 years of experience in community engagement and partnership building. As the founder of Inclusive Sol, a cerebral palsy resource hub, Reena is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and equitable access to resources for families navigating disability challenges. Under her leadership, Inclusive Sol has made history by spearheading the first-ever Cerebral Palsy motion passed by the LA County Board of Supervisors, illuminating Los Angeles City Hall in green for Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day, initiating and presenting in LA County’s inaugural CP webinar with record-breaking attendance, and securing official recognition of World Cerebral Palsy Day within the LAUSD school system. Additionally, she established the only free, monthly online support group for parents and caregivers of children with cerebral palsy, creating a vital space for connection and shared resources.
In addition to her work with Inclusive Sol, Reena serves as a Principal in Government Partnerships and Policy at The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund (REDF), where she focuses on advocacy, event strategy, and creating equitable pathways to economic opportunity.
Reena graduated cum laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Communications: Public Relations and a minor in Human Services. She is a Leadership L.A. Fellow with the Southern California Leadership Network and a devoted advocate for underserved populations. Guided by the words of Mahatma Gandhi, “My life is my message.”
